A Hometown Academy Built Around The Bay
Who We Are
Founded in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Chesapeake Bay Baseball Academy was born from a passion for the game and a commitment to our local community. We believe that world-class athletic development should be accessible right here at home, utilizing the unique spirit of the Bay to drive our players forward.
Our philosophy merges professional-grade coaching with a supportive, artisanal approach to talent incubation. We don't just build ballplayers; we foster resilient athletes who carry the values of discipline, regional pride, and sportsmanship into every inning they play.
